Carroll County, GA (WGCL) — Passengers on a flight were in for an unexpected experience Tuesday afternoon when their aircraft made an emergency landing on Highway 27.
According to the sheriff’s office, the pilot was able to maneuver the plane off the roadway and into a Walmart parking lot near the West Georgia Regional Airport.
No injuries have been reported.
