UPDATE, 11/3/2020, 7:05 PM - Butte Fire Chief Jeff Miller has confirmed to MTN News that the man rescued from a burning Butte home has died at St. James Healthcare. The man was reportedly in his 50s and his name has not been released at this time.

A fire destroyed a home on Farrell Street in Butte Tuesday and left one man hospitalized.
The fire occurred to a home in the 1300 block of Farrell Street at about noon.
Butte fire leaves one hospitalized
Firefighters removed a man who was found unconscious inside the residence and was transported to St. James Healthcare. His condition has not been released.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
