BOZEMAN — Bozeman Art Live is an online platform featuring Bozeman artists performing music through live-stream during the COVID-19 outbreak.

There’s a schedule posted on their website that shows who is performing and at what time. Viewers are then prompted to the live stream link.

In just 21 days, Bozeman Arts-- Live has had over 13,000 viewers, and they expect the audience size to continue to grow.

“It seems that art can be a luxury. But I actually think it's essential. And I think that art contains the kind of thought that keeps our sanity and our humanity,” Thomas Thomas with Bozeman Arts Live!

There is a virtual tip jar for viewers to tip the artist.

Many artists end up donating the money to the charity of their choice.

On Sunday, Bozeman Arts Live featured Amber Ikeman, and all proceeds from the show went to the Greater United Way’s COVID-19 Community Response and Recovery Fund.
