Brooke Leonard is our newest member of the Montana sports team at KBZK as a reporter. She is a recent graduate of Virginia Tech and is very excited to live in Big Sky Country! She has a passion for people and can’t wait to tell the stories of Montana sports. In her free time she likes to spend time outside and teach cycling around the area. New Hampshire native Emma Hamilton joined MTN in May 2018 as a reporter.
Mederios Babb was born in raised in Butte, America before pursuing Journalism at the University of Montana. She graduated in December from UM with a B.A. in Journalism and a Minor in Business Administration before joining the KBZK/KXLF team in March 2018.
Carson joined the KBZK and KXLF news team in January of 2018 as a weekend meteorologist and weekday reporter.
Kevin Stanfield brings more than 30 years of broadcasting experience to KBZK and KXLF. Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, Kevin has also worked as a news anchor in Nevada, Idaho, Colorado and North Dakota.
Nick Petraccione joined KBZK and KXLF as a sports anchor and reporter in June 2017. He was born and raised in New York and graduated from Syracuse University. Before coming to Montana, he had never been west of Buffalo, N.Y., but he has loved all that Big Sky Country has offered him
Kaitlin joined MTN in July 2017 after spending her whole life in Massachusetts. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst with a journalism degree, and a concentration in sports, before coming to Montana for the first time in July.
Missy O’Malley hails from the booming metropolis of Bismarck, North Dakota. She graduated from the University of Dayton, Ohio with a double major in Electronic Media and Spanish after taking semesters in Honolulu and southern Spain.
Having held numerous positions in television news since 1994, Patrice Parks is currently the evening news anchor at KXLF.
Donna Kelley was born in Havre and grew up in Bozeman. She’s worked in radio in sales, production and on air – in Bozeman, Idaho and Washington State. Her television career started at KTVG (now KTVH) in Helena, Montana and took her to Spokane and to CNN.
Mike is a Butte native and attended Butte Central High School and Montana Tech. Mike completed the Mississippi State Broadcast Meteorology program in 2002 and has been a member of the National Weather Association since 1999 and holds an NWA Seal of Approval.
Chet was originally hired in 1989 to open a news bureau in Bozeman for KXLF. Over the next 10 years, Chet would work his way up the system to anchor, producer and eventually to news director. Chet also anchored sports "In the Zone" for KCTZ, which would, one day, become KBZK.
Matt Elwell joined the KXLF/KBZK weather team as morning meteorologist in October 2012.While he was born in Kansas and graduated from The University of Kansas, he is no stranger Montana weather.
