Buffalo, NY (WKBW) — Buffalo Police confirm to 7 Eyewitness News that a man has been arrested and charged after allegedly beating his grandmother to death in South Buffalo.
Police say 30-year-old Alec Swiderski was arrested early Monday morning on Seneca Street, near Hammerschmidt Avenue.
He has been charged with second degree murder in the death of 74-year-old Pamela Toy on Sunday.
According to police, Toy was found dead Sunday in her Kamper Street home.
Swiderski is due back in court on December 28.
