BOZEMAN, Mont. — For the month of October, we honor Family Outreach with the Our Community First Award. They focus on teaching families and friends how to teach skills to children and adults with special needs.
Education regarding the disability and information about resources and services available is another avenue Family Outreach helps. They work hard to ensure that children and adults in the area have the same opportunities that all Montanans have in education, in the community, in friendships and in life. MTN's Missy O'Malley meets with Fran Woolman to hear more about the program and a family that utilizes Family Outreach's services.
