BOZEMAN — Anyone looking to hunt this year will have to apply online. FWP will no longer be taking hand-written applications.
Morgan Jacobsen from Region-3 tells Montana This Morning’s Chet Layman, This Week in Fish and Wildlife that the move to all online will be a time saver for everyone.
In the past it could take up to six weeks to get you paperwork back. With the on-line application, you can print your own tags at home. Because the system is more efficient, he says the application process will now run from March 1st to April 1st. If you don’t have access to a computer, Jacobsen says you can go to an FWP office and the folks there will help you get what you need.
