Bozeman house fire quickly snuffed out

BOZEMAN –  A house fire reported shortly after 6 a.m. on Wednesday, June 27, was quickly put out by firefighters.

No one was in the home at the time of the incident.

Officials say the fire was contained to the living room of the dwelling.

There was a large response of mutual aid to the scene because it was unknown at the time if there were people in the house, located on Montana St.

The cause of the fire is unknown at this time and the incident remains under investigation.
