BOZEMAN — Montana State University will be a busy place for the next few days. Associate Athletic Director Bethany Cordell gave Montana This Morning’s Chet Layman a brief rundown of the week LIVE this morning. Starting Wednesday night, there will be sports-related activities every day through Saturday.
The Danny Sprinkle Era begins for the men’s basketball program Wednesday night. The first exhibition game tips-off at 7:30 in the Brick Breeden Fieldhouse against Yellowstone Christian. Halloween finds a chance to support volleyball as they play host to Northern Colorado. Kids in costume will get in free and members of the MSU Golf team will be handing out candy pre-game. Friday is the 2nd annual Blue-Gold Gala. This is a fundraiser for all student athletes -and Bethany says a great chance to meet some of those athletes. A few tickets are still available.
On Saturday, Cat fans will be in the pink as MSU plays host to Southern Utah. Game kicks off at noon, and fans are asked to Pack the Place in Pink. Cordell notes that Saturday’s game is also Ag Appreciation Day.
