5th COVID-19 death confirmed in Montana

In a Tuesday press conference, Gov. Steve Bullock confirmed that a fifth Montanan has died from COVID-19.

“Montana really is one big small town, and these losses of life impact us all no matter in which community we might live,” Bullock said. “And I know I join many Montanans in sending our love and support to the family and friends of these Montanans.”

No further information was provided about the person who died. We will update this story when we get more information.

Gov. Bullock also confirmed Tuesday that of the confirmed COVID-19 cases in Montana, 32 have recovered and been released from isolation.
