HELENA, Mont. – Aaron Twoteeth was seen via video in Lewis & Clark County Justice Court on Friday afternoon.
He faces charges including felony distribution of drugs, felony possession of imitation dangerous drugs with intent to distribute, obstructing a peace officer, and bail jumping.
According to court documents, on October 9, Twoteeth walked out of a jury trial in which he was the defendant.
Two days later, the Missouri River Task Force reports Twoteeth agreed to sell heroin to an undercover officer.
Bond for Twoteeth was set at $25,000.
Twoteeth, 25 years old, will be arraigned in District Court on October 31.
