Clayton James Mascarena, 45, was seen in Gallatin County Justice Court on Monday, May 13, 2019, and faces a $50,000 bail.

According to charging documents, Mascarena was pulled over by a Bozeman Police officer Sunday afternoon after signaling incorrectly on West Mendenhall St.

During the stop, an officer noted the truck had a different Montana license plate on the back of the vehicle than the front.

Mascarena identified himself as “Robert Mascarena” with a birthdate of 1969 but told officers he didn’t have any documents with his name on it. He then gave officers his correct name and birthdate. He was arrested for driving while revoked and obstructing a peace officer.
