Kalispell man charged with murder

KALISPELL – A Kalispell man is charged with deliberate homicide for hitting another man to death with a cement brick.

Flathead County Sheriff Brian Heino says the suspect in the case is Leigh Medina, who is now behind bars facing one count of murder.

On Monday, deputies responded to a home on Lenwood Lane around 5 p.m. after a neighbor found a man dead on the floor of his home.

Heino says the victim is Paul David Kellenberger, 67, of Kalispell.

Medina is currently behind held on a $500,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court August 8th.
