GALLATIN COUNTY — Gallatin County voters can take advantage of the mobile satellite offices that will open in weeks to come.
At one of the satellite stations, voters can register to vote, make changes to a registration, receive a ballot, vote, and deposit a voted ballot.
If you decide to vote at one of the remote locations, voting will take place outdoors under a canopy.
Satellite offices include the Three Forks Library, the town of Manhattan Municipal Offices, the town of West Yellowstone Offices, the Big Sky Water and Sewer District Office, and the west side lobby of the Brick Breeden Fieldhouse at Montana State University.
“Mobile satellite offices are open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. You do not need to reside in a specific town in order to register or use the mobile satellite in that community,” said Casey Hayes, election manager with Gallatin County.
“Unlike a polling place, you don’t need to be assigned to a satellite office. It is all comers for anyone who is qualified to vote in Gallatin County.”
