BOZEMAN, Mont. – Bozeman builders will have their best work on display this weekend when the 2018 Parade of Homes kicks off.
This year, 11 homes are being featured which is the largest turnout yet according to organizers.
First time entry, Burt Hamner with Peak 15, says even though he’s local the Parade of Homes has allowed him to network and build new relationships in the community which is critical as the housing market grows rapidly.
“We actually sold this project halfway through construction,” said Hammer. “We have a lot next door ready to build to suit and we’re working with a couple great architects from here in town.”
His home on display in the Black Bull Subdivision is one of 11 entries. He says the open floor plan and kitchen create an inviting atmosphere great for hosting.
The Parade of Homes is put on by the Southwest Montana Building Industry Association. Tickets are $10. The homes will be open September 7-8 and 14-16. For a full list of homes and builders visit the SWMBIA website.
