BELGRADE, Mont. – Crews at Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport have reached the halfway point of constructing the new parking garage.

The new garage is expected to be completed by May 2019. Concrete has been poured completely for three-and-a-half of the four floors. The next step in the project is to connect the parking garage to the terminal. Deputy Airport director Scott Humphrey says the new garage will have multiple uses.

“Basically, 90 percent of the garage is dedicated to the rental companies. They’re the ones that are funding that portion of it, and about 10 percent of the garage open to public parking,” Humphrey said.

The rental car windows will remain in the terminal, but additional offices may open up in the new parking garage.
