BELGRADE, Mont. – Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport broke more records in September 2018.

Nearly 120,000 passengers traveled through the airport. This number was up 8.6 percent from last year.

Year to date, BZN is up 10.5 percent. Airport Director Brian Sprenger says not only have they set several commercial airline records but also from general aviation.

“In the last 12 months, we’ve seen a record number of tower operations. That’s the first time we’ve had a record in that particular category in over a decade. So we’re really happy to see the recovery of the general aviation traffic because of the new runway,” Sprenger said.

The Bozeman airport has now broken a monthly record for passengers 60 out of the last 61 months.
