BELGRADE, Mont. – A dump truck driver is in the hospital after his vehicle was hit by a train in Belgrade near Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport on Monday.
Around 2:48 p.m. Monday afternoon, the driver was trying make it across the tracks at Frontage Road and Dollar Drive when his truck was hit.
The accident caused traffic in the area to be backed up, along with other trains on the route.
There are no crossing arms at the location, and there is no word on the driver’s condition at this time.
