TSA precheck available at BZN through next Friday

Posted

BOZEMAN, Mont. – Attention frequent flyers: People traveling through Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport can enroll in TSA pre-check.

Travelers can apply for pre-check by going to the BZN website where they will find a link that will take them to the TSA online application process. An in-person interview is required at the airport which can be done on any weekday between 1 and 5 p.m. through January 18th. You’ll need a passport or driver’s license and a copy of your birth certificate. Airport director Brian Sprenger says that this program is good for saving time, especially at major airports.

“For those travelers that use that or have that. Is that it generally means that the process of going through the security checkpoint is a lot quicker, less invasive because they’ve gone through additional screening to be eligible for the pre check program,” Sprenger said.

The government shutdown will not impact the precheck enrollment center or security operations at the airport.
