BOZEMAN — As spring approaches so does prom season.

For those over 21, you can have a second chance at a great prom experience this weekend in Bozeman. The 6th Annual 2nd Chance Prom going on Saturday starting at 8pm at the Eagles Club.

This year’s theme is Mardi Gras Masquerade! This party is sure to be a ball - featuring live music by Blues for Osiris, Ben the DJ, performances by 406Cirque / Bozeman cirque School, themed photo booth, flip cup, raffle prizes, and much more.

Dena Spoklie is one of the organizers of the prom from Bozeman Rotaract. She tells Montana This Morning’s Chet Layman that each year a different non-profit receives some of the funds from the event. This year, Spoklie says Greater Impact Inc. will be the recipient.

Kayla Powell from Greater Impact says the organization has been around for about 10 years. She says these funds will help develop a place for folks in need to be able to work on their vehicles. Both talked about the event LIVE Friday morning during Montana This Morning. Keeping with the Mardi Gras theme, masks and beads will be available with a small donation.
