BOZEMAN — At the Bozeman Public Library Used Book Sale, you can find any book from motivation to books about personal journeys.
“It's a real affordable way to give back to your public library and also stock that bookshelf at home,” said Sam Gilmer with Friends of the Bozeman Public Library.
From mystery books to history books and everything in between - It's the first of only three opportunities the community might get this year.
“We have these book sales roughly 3 times a year. People love coming out and finding that treasure, that next read,” Gilmer explained. “Keep in mind, all this money goes to help the library.”
Supporting the library means supporting the community.
The sale is organized by Friends of the Bozeman Public Library, a nonprofit organization that raises funds for the library.
“There’s a myriad of programs that we sponsor that the library can’t fund on its own,” Gilmer said.
He said there's something for everyone. The sale has an entire room full of books and DVDs catered just for children.
“I know brings a lot of smiles to our young readers,” said Gilmer.
The book sale started Friday at 4 pm and goes until 2 pm on Sunday.
