Rescuers responded to a snowmobile incident near West Yellowstone on Wednesday, assisting a girl who was injured.
According to a press release, around 1:30 p.m. Wednesday Gallatin County Sheriff’s Search and Rescue in West Yellowstone assisted the 13-year-old Montana girl after she crashed her snowmobile into a tree, injuring her shoulder and back.
Rescuers reached the girl on the Two Top Trail system, about three miles west of West Yellowstone, and transported her via a specialized snow ambulance to a Hebgen Basin Fire Department ambulance.
