BOZEMAN — The skier who passed away at Bridger Bowl was identified as Catherine Jane Johnson, a 21-year-old MSU student from Wisconsin. Johnson was skiing with friends and ended up in a tree well. Johnson died of blunt force injuries. She was wearing a helmet according to a press release from Gallatin County Media Center.
