MISSOULA – Emergency crews were called out on Saturday after a man became pinned under a snowmobile near Lolo Pass.
Missoula County Sheriff’s Office deputies, members of Missoula County Search and Rescue, US Forest Service officers and the Bureau of Land Management were dispatched to the scene at around 11 a.m.
The man was alone but was able to call 911 himself and while responding, the man was able to free himself from the snowmobile, according to the Missoula County Sheriff’s Office.
Responders made contact with the man who refused medical attention.
