Rodney Carrington will perform at Lewis and Clark County Fairgrounds

HELENA – Comedian Rodney Carrington is set to perform at the Lewis and Clark County Fairgrounds on Friday, May 17 at 7:30 p.m.

Carrington is a comedian, actor, and writer who has recorded eight major record label comedy albums selling over three million copies. Morning Wood has been certified gold and Greatest Hits has been certified Platinum by the RIAA.

Carrington starred in his own TV sitcom Rodney, which ran for two seasons.

He cowrote and co-starred with Toby Keith in the feature film Beer for My Horses. In 2011, Carrington partnered with the ACA (American Country Awards) by presenting at their awards show and hosting the American Country New Year’s Eve Live show.

According to Pollstar, Carrington has been one of the top ten highest grossing touring comedians for the last ten years and among the top five the last several years. He is on track to be in the top five again this year.

Tickets will go on sale March 7 at 10 a.m., online at www.lccfairgrounds.com, and the Lewis & Clark County Fairgrounds Administrative office.

Prices are $65 and $50 for reserved seating and $40 for general admission.
