FRENCHTOWN — Firefighters rescued two people from the Clark Fork River in the Ninemile area on Tuesday evening.
The Frenchtown Rural Fire District was called out after two people whose inner tubes were tied together got stuck on a bridge pylon.
FRFD rescue swimmers were able to get the floaters back to shore safely, according to a social media post.
One person was taken to an area hospital.
