The campaign for Democratic gubernatorial candidate Whitney Williams announced in a press release that Williams will postpone all campaign events and gatherings for the month of March.
“It is unfortunate that we have to postpone our 56 county tour with just 50 days until the first Montana ballot is cast, but what’s important is that we keep our state safe and healthy," Williams said in the press release. "The current circumstances make it difficult to talk to everyone face to face, but our campaign is finding new and creative ways to talk and listen to folks all across our great state. Montana is full of fighters, and we’ll get through this together.”
The Williams campaign said information about virtual town halls and media appearances will be shared in the coming week.
