BUTTE — A Butte area sportsman’s group has increased the potential reward for information on a Moose poaching in the area.
Morgan Jacobsen from Fish Wildlife and Parks tells MTN’s Chet Layman that the Skyline Sportsmen Association has added $500 to the reward being offered for information about a moose poaching from last month near Camp Creek Reservoir. Jacobsen says that brings the total possible reward to $1,500. He says anyone with information is asked to call the toll-free number 1-800-TIP-MONT.
Jacobsen says wardens are continuing to investigate the incident and any information could be valuable.
