BUTTE — The largest school on the Montana Tech campus is the School of Nursing.
Montana This Morning’s Chet Layman recently visited the school to see what’s going on there. Smaller classes and high technology making the nursing education available on the Butte campus unlike any in Montana. Students learn in intimate settings, and work with high-tech simulators that allow them to practice skills in a controlled environment.
The nursing school also works closely with Saint James Hospital in Butte and other area medical facilities to help make sure students get real, practical hand-on training. Montana This Morning talked with students and staff from the school as part of its regular check-in with Montana Tech.
