BOZEMAN, Mont. — Co-owners of Our Yoga, Jessica Cartwright and Becca Covington share the love of yoga and realize what it has done for each of their lives.
The pair started the practice wanting to become more flexible and to release stress. Then, it turned into meeting friends, finding acceptance and peace. They both became certified trained teachers.
Jessica started to teach prenatal and postpartum classes during her pregnancy. Becca utilizes her skills as a pre-school teacher in the yoga classroom for all ages of students. They want to share the message that yoga is for all body types, every age, every level. The official grand opening of Our Yoga is set for this Saturday, October 5.
