William “Bill” Konkler, 50, of Three Forks passed away Sunday, September 30, 2018. He was born April 28, 1968 in Hettinger, North Dakota to Donald and Joanne (Gunion) Konkler.
Bill enjoyed his work as a builder and business owner with many jobs around the valley, even completing construction on his home in January of this year.
On August 28, 2013, Bill married the love of his life, Susannah Leonardi. Their five years together were evidence of their love and commitment to each other and an example of a strong and supportive union.
Bill was a testament to the power of faith. He loved Jesus and was active in Connect Church, through church outreach, missions to Mexico, and Prison Bible Ministries. He took part in the Bozeman Fix-Up Festival and helped at the Community Café and through the Angel Tree program. Bill also enjoyed riding his motorcycle, particularly through the Beartooth Highway.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Larry Konkler.
Survivors include his wife, Susannah Konkler; daughters, Elishya Konkler and Autumn Schade; sons, Caleb Schade and Samuel Schade; parents, Donald and Joanne Konkler; sisters, Cindy Carlton and Vicki Jones; and brothers, Joe Konkler, Terry Konkler, and Mike Konkler.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 5:00 P.M. on Sunday, October 7, at Connect Church, 549 Pronghorn Trail, in Bozeman.
