BOZEMAN, Mont. – Meadowlark Elementary School teacher Nicki Young accepted a “One Class at a Time” check for $250 recently. The money will be used to purchase corded mice for student laptops.
Kimberly Alberda from First Interstate Bank and KBZK’s Missy O’Malley presented the check.
“One Class at a Time” is a joint effort between Montana’s News Station and First Interstate Bank to help fulfill needs of area schools.
Teachers, parents, students or anyone who is aware of a special project that would enhance the educational objectives in a classroom can apply from Aug. 1 through April 1. This program is currently available to schools located in the KBZK Bozeman, Q2 Billings, KRTV Great Falls, and KXLH Helena KXLF Butte viewing areas. We are no longer taking applications for this school year but look forward to your submissions this fall.
