Late day thunderstorms continue to clip SW Montana again today but overall thunderstorm chances are very slim.
The next weather maker will be a Canadian cold front dropping down through Montana later this week and with it a cooling trend by next weekend. In fact, the Climate Prediction Center's 6 to 10 day outlook is calling for slightly cooler than normal temperatures through mid August and near to slightly above normal precipitation.
