BOZEMAN — Longfellow Elementary announced Tuesday the school will be fully remote starting Wednesday, Nov. 18 through Tuesday, Nov. 24.

Longfellow said in a press release students would return to school after the Thanksgiving holiday.

"Longfellow has been impacted recently by COVID-19 quarantines and has reached a point in which the building is unable to be adequately staffed," the release said.

Teachers will send students home with all remote-learning materials on Tuesday and provide further details on instruction.

As of Tuesday, there are 1,110 active COVID-19 cases in Gallatin County.
