MTN’s latest episode of Under the Big Sky featuring Yellowstone Grassfed Beef, Eugene’s Pizza and award-winning hip-hop artist and activist Supaman, premieres Christmas Eve at 10:00 PM on your Montana CBS stations.
The new episode will also air Christmas Day at 5:30 PM, Saturday, Dec. 29 at 6:30 and 10:35 PM and Sunday, Dec. 30 at 10:35 PM.
Zach Jones is a fifth-generation rancher. His family has been stewards of Two Dot Land & Livestock south of Harlowton since 1908. His father William (Bill) Jones saw shifts in the financial stability of the ranch during the economic upheavals of the eighties. In an effort to secure future of the ranch, Bill took it upon himself to find a more sustainable method of caring for the cattle and the land.
Eugene’s Pizza has been in the Knodel family since Arlie and Mary Sue Knodel purchased the business from Eugene E. Barger in 1967. In 2015, Eugene’s was named the Best Pizza in Montana after more than 30,000 votes were cast. Eugene’s would win the title again in 2016 and has received numerous other recognitions and accolades over the course of their fifty-five years in business.
Award-winning hip-hop artist Supaman is a member of the Apsaalooke Nation. He uses a unique combination of Native American dance and innovative hip-hop to empower and spread a message of hope and faith. He is the recipient of the 2017 MTV VMA award for Best Fight Against the System video. He is also a Nammy (Native American Music Award), North American Indigenous Image Award, and seven-time Tunney Awards winner.
