BOZEMAN – Next weather maker arrives Tuesday into Wednesday for SW Montana. Another storm system will dive from the pacific NW into central Idaho and clip SW Montana.

The biggest concern is for measurable snow over mountain passes and travel impacts for your Wednesday morning commute. Areas of greatest concern will be along the MT/ID state line, however, plan on all mountain passes locally to see snow and possible icy roads Tuesday evening into Wednesday.

Another possible issue is pockets of freezing rain for the lower valleys. As the storm arrives Tuesday morning there could be a brief period of light freezing rain leading to isolated areas with very icy roads.

Snow levels will drop down to the valley floor by Wednesday morning.
