HIGH WIND WARNING

The National Weather Service continues a High Wind Warning for most of central Montana and this includes Jefferson and Broadwater counties locally along with the Livingston to Big Timber stretch of I-90.

Sustained winds over 20 mph are likely but peak wind gusts to or over 60 mph could produce property damage, power outages and localized blowing snow.

The winds will be increasing throughout the entire state Tuesday afternoon as a strong cold front moves in from the West. Behind the front surface winds will remain very strong overnight and throughout the day on Wednesday statewide.
